The Wayne Automation TR-30 tray forming system has been the work horse machine in our line of tray making equipment. This all-pneumatic machine eschews complex controls and servo motion, providing a rugged and reliable machine, while remaining simple, compact and cost efficient. The TR-30 has proven to be dependable and consistent in the field, providing high performance year after year.

Compatible with many of tray styles.

The TR-30’s popularity is based not only on its rugged and dependable performance, but also on the flexibility in tray styles it can accommodate. Handling a number of different tray types, including side flaps, outside flaps, inside or outside seal, this machine will give you flexibility in configuring your packaging line. The TR-30 is ready to meet today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges.

Simple, repeatable changeovers.

The TR-30 tray forming mandrel is quickly and easily removed and changed to prepare for an alternate tray size. The machine comes standard with tool-less adjustments at changeover points. Optional scaling and hand wheel and counter packages allow you to configure the machine to meet the needs of your line.

Safety is at the heart of every Wayne machine.

Standard on the TR-30 are Lexan doors equipped with Allen Bradley anti-intrusion switches that provide effective guarding as well as an unobstructed view of the machine function. The vertical travelling forming head is equipped with an Amlok rod clamp safety system that positively locks the motion of the head when the machine has been stopped or turned off. Remote emergency and cycle stop stations are located around the machine for quick and easy access.
