The MOD B Series Case Erector combines the flexibility of the CE-15/22 Case Erector with servo paper transport to give you increased speeds and quiet, efficient operation.
Servo drives for optimum performance.
The MOD B Series Case Erector, based on the rugged and dependable CE-15/22, handles a wide array of case sizes in RSC, HSC, All Flaps Meet, and Tablok and accommodates either tape or hot melt bottom sealing. With the addition of servo drives, the MOD B can erect cases at speeds up to 40 cases per minute.
Field-proven quality and reliability.
When you cannot afford to take a gamble with your packaging line, you can count on the Wayne Automation Mod B Series Case Erector to meet your case erecting needs. With hundreds of thousands of combined operating hours, this machine has proven itself in the most demanding 24/7 operations and in the harshest box shop environments.
Maintainability, we focus on it so you don’t have to.
Speed and flexibility is nothing if your machine is frequently down for time-consuming maintenance. Wayne Automation understands this, and we have taken our extensive field experience with this platform to refine the machine to ensure simple and quick maintenance. With available Total Planned Maintenance (TPM), maintenance tasks are displayed on the operator interface. Available lubrication packages allow you to fully automate grease and pneumatic system lubrication for a truly hands-off experience.
Safety is our top concern. That is why every Mod B Series Case Erector comes standard with a light curtain anti-intrusion system, Lexan guard doors connected to Allen Bradley anti-intrusion switches, and E-Stops mounted on all sides of the machine.
