The JTF Jumbo Tray Former is equipped with an uplift magazine designed to accept corrugated stacks on wooden pallets. After all trays have been formed, the empty pallet is ejected from the system and the awaiting full pallet is automatically loaded into the uplift magazine.
Automatic forming of pallet-sized trays.
Jumbo tray blanks pose a unique set of challenges. The paper can easily become damaged during handling. Warp in the paper is very difficult to control. The Wayne Automation JTF-10 has been designed with these specific issues in mind. Four independently articulating forming corners precisely define the intersecting score lines while the tray blank is held flat with warp removed.
Usually the bigger the paper, the bigger the machine. The JTF-10 bucks this convention. The design of this machine allows it to be unusually compact. The basic machine is not much bigger than the footprint of two pallets. Your floor stock of material is likely to require more space than the JTF-10 Jumbo Tray Former.
Standard on the JTF-10 are Lexan doors equipped with Allen Bradley anti-intrusion switches that provide effective guarding as well as an unobstructed view of the machine function. Remote emergency and cycle stop stations are located around the machine for quick and easy access.
