More than ever before, the updated WLRV-CE is up to the task, performing servo-controlled, automated changeovers in just five minutes.

The WLRV-CE is a vertical case erecting/discharging machine that utilizes intermittent motion, ensuring positive case handling and positioning throughout the process. This case erector employs servo technology so all adjustments based upon case size are motorized and deployed via pre-programmed recipes on the HMI. And, the updated WLRV-CE has a 26% increase in maximum sustained production rate, increasing throughput while maintaining consistent quality.

The WLRV-CE is the only case erector in the market today that handles a very large range of case sizes. We didn’t stop there, though. The updated model sees a 15% increase in the case size range, growing the maximum size case capability. The WLRV-CE now can erect boxes ranging from 6”x 6”x 4” to 24.5”x 20”x 20”, and can erect both right–hand and left–hand cases. Implementation of a patent-pending, multi-axis servo erecting station seamlessly switches between collapsed case opening directions via HMI selection.

The WLRV-CE machine has been designed for manual load operations or to be tightly integrated with the Wayne Automation Automated Magazine Loader (AML), providing increased automation performance and reduced manpower load.
