The Wayne Automation CE-20/30 Case Erector was designed specifically to satisfy the need for a high reliability case former for oversized cases up to 30” long x 20” wide x 30” high. Based on the proven CE-15/22 case erectors, the CE-20/30 is sized to meet the demands of customers needing the ability to erect larger formats of RSC, HSC, All Flaps Meet, and Tablock case styles. Bottom sealing is done using either tape or hot melt glue.

The CE-20/30 is built from the same ultra-reliable platform as the CE-15/22 case erector, giving you all the benefits of a field-proven case erector machine in this specialty applications size.
Maintenance tasks are displayed on the operator interface. Available lubrication packages allow you to fully automate grease and pneumatic system lubrication for a truly hands-off experience. Recurring maintenance tasks are displayed on the Allen Bradley color touch screen HMI.
Safety is our top concern. That is why every CE-20/30 Case Erector comes standard with a light curtain anti-intrusion system, Lexan guard doors connected to Allen Bradley anti-intrusion switches, and E-Stops mounted on all sides of the machine.
